Arya Jade, a fabulous and ferocious soul, left this world too soon on November 30th one month shy of being 10. She lived a tremendous life, and like a shooting star, she burned bright for a second.
Born on January 3, 2014, Arya Jade Stockstill brought immeasurable joy to all those around her. Her fabulous personality and confident attitude brought happiness and inspired anyone who met or knew of her. She fought for the last two years to live her best life every second that she could, displaying incredible maturity beyond her years, endurance, and grace throughout her journey.
Arya Jade loved being “slay”. She loved creating slay lego builds, “fandoming with the Genshin fandom” (having a whale account), creating slay art, and staying up-to-date with the latest drama. She created look after look with her makeup and nailed all of them. She was an aspiring streamer and within the last month of her life, she became an entrepreneur and started a successful jellyfish keychain business.
Arya Jade loved her parents, Cody and Sharda Stockstill, and had a special place in her heart for her Nannie, Ivory Joy and each person of her large extended family. She had a constant solid faith in Jehovah God and the resurrection hope. Her resilience in the face of adversity was a testament to her remarkable spirit, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those privileged to know her.
During her battle with leukemia, Arya Jade showed unwavering courage, facing each day with strength beyond her years. Her journey was marked by the love and support of her devoted family who stood by her side through every triumph and setback.
In addition to her immediate family, Arya leaves behind a community of friends and healthcare professionals who were touched by her warmth and spirit. Though her time with us was short, the impact of her life will resonate for years to come.
A funeral service will be held on December 16th, 1:00pm at 103 NW Marion Ave.
