

Born in Lynch, KY he has been a resident of Fort Pierce, FL for the past 41 years, formerly of Partridge, KY.
Prior to retirement, he worked as a carpenter for Wissel Construction for 6 years in Vero Beach, FL. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Fort Pierce, FL. Cecil was a motor cycle enthusiasts and a Harley Davidson owner, he was also a collector of stamps, coins and toys.
Survivors include, daughter, Michelle Mullins Hatcher, of Fort Pierce, FL, mother, Juanita Mullins, of Fort Pierce, FL, sisters, Lisa Boatright and Polly Schneider, both of Fort Pierce, FL, brothers, Billy J. Mullins, of Jeremiah, KY, Marcus M. Mullins, of Fort Pierce, FL and Phillip Mullins, of Jackson, TN and grandchild, Adaer Mullins. He was predeceased by his father, Cecil Everett Mullins, Sr. and brother, Paul Allen Mullins.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 11, 2010 at Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, FL from 6:00-9:00pm.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce at 10:00am, with internment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, FL.
