Betty was born December 14, 1939 to George and Helen Pillion of Whippany, New Jersey. Betty graduated from Morristown High School in 1957. She worked for New Jersey Bell prior to marrying Henry Wheat, January 25, 1958. Betty of strong faith was an excellent homemaker and enjoyed sewing and crafts. She and her husband resided in Whippany, and Colts Neck, NJ before retiring to Fort Pierce.
Betty is survived by her spouse of 63 years, her daughters, Debbie and husband Brian Finn, Kathy and husband John Walsh, three grandchildren, Kerry Finn, Kelly and her husband Nick Cemelli and Stefan Barrieres, her sister Jean Collins, and brother John Pillion and wife Carol.
She is predeceased by her parents, brother George Pillion Sr. and daughter Karen Wheat.
She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A private ceremony will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce.
