I used to sub for Ms. Wishart many times. What a lovely lady and I will miss her very much.  Her family is in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Such wonderful memories of pumpkin carving parties.  They seemed more like daycare for many years, as new babies kept adding to the group! Erica was right at home in the middle of all those children.  A smile was always on her face.

I knew Erica when she started as a substitute and I started as a paraprofessional. She was a dedicated teacher and mother. Erica will be missed at CCPS and I was really looking forward to working with her again. She will be missed. Condolences to her entire family and they are in my prayers.

My son and daughter absolutely loved Mrs. Wishart. I remember during Covid with online school each time she had one of my kids she would tell them to say hello to the other.  She was such a wonderful person and will truly be missed. I am so sorry for your loss

Erica has always been an example of a loving mother and a kind human being who found time to come and greet all who came home. She instilled in her children  a sweet demeanor admired by all. Erica has been an inspiration in life and will continue in their memories of time together. 
Erica, your children will excel and support each other just like their mother. Rest in peace sweet and loving Erica.

When we moved to Cool Spring in 1979, we joined a play group with other moms and their children. Erica and Amy were two very sweet members. We would take turns hosting the children in our houses and the moms got  the gift of some well-earned  down time. My memories of Erica involved playing with my daughter, Laura and watching her follow my son, Brad (one of the youngest),  around my house to make sure he was ok. I knew then that a teacher was hiding inside that little person.

Dance classes, ballet, Girl Scouts, plays ….. so many memories. I  will always see Erica as that sweet, kind, happy little girl.   God bless her family and friends at this time and may He grant them strength.

Erica was the first person to hold my son Colten after  he was born and brought home from the hospital. I don’t think she could have touched the Krause family any deeper than that. Wish the Guys and I have you and the kids for the long haul. I was honored to be there with you when you took that call on June 20th. Love Krause

I was so shocked to hear of Erica's tragic passing, and my family sends our hearts, prayers, and sympathies over to the Altmann and Wishart families.  Erica was one of our group back in high school.  We cannot imagine the pain, but I do take comfort in that she is with our Lord.  Erica was one of the girls in our group that always made sure everyone was taken care of...whether at a party, on a trip, or just over to the Altmann's for a movie night.  She was our unsung hero.
