Francis was born in Penacook, New Hampshire and has been a resident of Vero Beach for the past 41 years coming from Miami, FL.
Prior to retirement, Francis worked for the United States Postal Service. He was a member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach, FL.
Survivors include his sons, Steven Roy, of The Villages, FL, Henry Roy of Titusville, FL, daughters, Cindy Glienke, of Eustis, FL and Patricia Martindale of Fort White, FL. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Geraldean.
A service will be held at 1:00pm Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Aycock Funeral Home in Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce.
Arrangements are under the care of Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, FL.
