He was born November 29, 1938, in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Encarnacion Falcon and Encarnacion Torres. He was a long time resident of New Jersey, moving to the Port St. Lucie/Ft. Pierce area in 1980.
Prior to his retirement, he was employed for many years in the warehouse of Goya Foods.
Mr. Falcon loved farming, especially raising chickens and goats. He was also proud of his family and enjoyed cooking the Sunday meal after church, which included his favorites - roast pork and rice with gandules.
Gamo is survived by his wife of 21 years, Jennies C. (Rayson) Falcon; children, Gamalier Falcon Schelmety, Euri Maya-Kidwell, Tameika Cameron, Melicia Rayson-Higgins and Marika Rayson; grandchildren, Julie Larose, Marie Falcon, Lelsie Lange, Yolanda Falcon, Maliyah Dickerson, Aiyanah Dickerson, Tyler Kidwell, Tyler Spence and Josiah Dickerson; five great grandchildren; a brother, Teofilo Falcon and many nieces and nephews.
Service will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at 11am in the Oleander Church of God, 3212 Oleander Ave., Ft. Pierce, with burial in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Ft. Pierce. Friends are invited to partake in a repast at the family home following the burial.
