Judy was born in Harrisonburg, VA and has been a resident of Fort Pierce for the past 7 years coming from Blue Ray, VA.
Judy enjoyed collecting jewelry and headbands.
Survivors include her mother Fern Bovey of Fort Pierce, FL, sister Fera Bovey of Fort Pierce, FL and brother John Bovey of Fort Pierce, FL.
She was preceded in death by her father Harry Bovey.
