Juliet Frances Gawlik, 53, passed away at Lawnwood HCA medical facility on February 24, 2026, after a 10-day-long fight at their facility. She was born May 18, 1972, in Houston, Texas. She made her move to the Sunshine State in 1986. There, she slowly settled in with her Nana, Betty Banks, and Ft. Pierce, Florida, became Juliet’s home, where she would end up spending the vast majority of her life. She had her son, Brandon Lee Britt, of Ft. Pierce, Florida, on January 8, 1999; and she later had a daughter, Katelyn Joy Gawlik, of Ft. Pierce, Florida, born on December 26, 2007. Her survivors also include her mother, Janice Gail Long; her twin brother, John Gawlik, Jr, of Houston, Texas; and her younger sister, Joanna Virginia Gawlik, of Houston, Texas. The greatest pride of Juliet’s life were her children, and her strongest belief is that the Lord is the Resurrection and the life, and those who believe in Him will live, even though they die.
