Born in New York, NY he resided in MD, before moving to Florida 29 years ago, recently moving to Vero Beach, FL from Fort Myers, FL
Kenneth was a United States Army veteran, serving in World War II. Prior to retirement he was a scientist for the United States Government.
Survivors include, wife of 65 years, Dorothy Higbie, of, Vero Beach, FL, son Glenn B. Higbie, of Stroudsburg, PA, daughters, Jane E. Ward, of Huntington Beach, CA and Margaret A. Creelman, of Vero Beach, FL, 9 grandchildren, Kaylin Higbie, Robert Fiege, Ryan Fiege, Brandon Fiege, Brent Fiege, Ryan Ward, Trent Ward, Chad Creelman and Evan Creelman and 3 great grandchildren, Sloan, Spencer and Sydney Higbie. He was predeceased by his grandson, Tyler Higbie.
