Laura F. Caccamo

Laura was born in Lyndhurst, NJ and had been a resident of Fort Pierce for 24 years coming from Plantation, FL.

Prior to retirement Laura worked in Customer Service for American Express. She was a member and volunteer at St. Anastasia Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Italian American Club and former President of the Women’s Auxiliary. She was a great cook, baker, and enjoyed reading and knitting.

Laura is survived by her daughters, Laura Bartram, of Davie, FL, Connie Jonell, of Apex, NC; son, Sal Caccamo, of Plantation, FL; sisters, Josephine Cilento, of NY, Mary Giardelli, of NJ, brothers, Lester Giardelli, of KY, and Murray Giardelli, of FL; grandchildren, Tinaanne Carr, Andrew Jonell, Jean-Marie Jonell; and great grandchildren, Taya and Brayden Carr. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Gino Caccamo.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am on Monday, September 8, 2014 at St Anastasia Catholic Church in Fort Pierce, FL. Inurnment will follow at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL.
