Lucille lived a life marked by hard work, dedication, and love. For 42 years, she worked for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad, where she excelled in various roles. Her work ethic was only matched by her passion for sports—well into her 60s, she remained active, playing tennis and softball.
A devoted community member, she was active in her local Baptist church, where she found great joy singing in the choir and leading youth groups. Her faith was a constant source of strength and comfort, and she shared it generously with others.
She was married to Theodore Eugene Larson for 73 years until his passing in 2019. Together, they built a family rooted in love and faith. Lucille is survived by her son, William Eugene Larson, three grandchildren—Christopher, Brian, and Jeffery—and five great-grandchildren. Her faithful love and steadfast legacy will live on in their hearts forever.
