Born in Cleveland, OH she has been a resident of Fort Pierce for 4 years, formerly of West Palm Beach, FL and Cleveland, OH.
Michelle worked in food service and attended Keiser University where she studied child counseling. She enjoyed music and going to the beach. .
Survivors include her mother, Helen Nardino of Fort Pierce, FL, father, William Rock of WV and daughter, Halee Marie Webb of Vero Beach, FL, brother Larry Tabor of Okeechobee, FL., one niece and one nephew.
A visitation will be held on Friday August 3, 2012 from 5pm-7pm.
