She was born in Salt Rock, West Virginia. Rachel has been a resident of Vero Beach, FL for the past 25 years.
Prior to retirement she had worked in customer service at KMart for 15 years. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and was active in the church functions.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Ed Boucher of Vero Beach, FL, daughter, Karole Taylor of Vero Beach, FL; sisters, Shirley Berry of Vero Beach, FL, JoAnn Collins of Chesapeak, VA; brothers, James Ross of Vero Beach, FL, Cormie Ross of Hamlin, WV, Gene Ross of Vero Beach, FL; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Rachel was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Courts and grandson Craig Castanada.
Services will be held at a later date.
