Patrick A Hoover Sr.

Patrick was born in Cresson, PA. He was a resident of Vero Beach, FL for the past 32 years coming from Lawrenceville, PA.

Patrick served in the Navy during WWII.

Prior to retirement he was a flight safety mechanic. Patrick was a member of St. Helens Catholic Church, Vero Beach, FL. He was a former member of the American Legion, Vero Beach, FL. Patrick was a father to ten children. He also had a great sense of humor.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years Elizabeth Hoover of Vero Beach, FL, sons Patrick Hoover, Jr. of Vero Beach, FL, James Hoover of Hellertown, PA, David Hoover of Kintnerville, PA, daughters Susan Hoover of Port St. Lucie, FL, Roberta Hoover of Port St. Lucie, FL, Margaret Hoover of Vero Beach, FL, Constance Giannini of Schwenksville, PA, Linda Cioffi of Glenside, PA, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Patrick was preceded in death by his sons Michael and Richard Hoover.

A memorial service will be held on Friday March 15, 2013 at 11:00am at Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, FL. Inurnment with military honors will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, FL.
