Ricky worked as a CNC Machinist with Booth Manufacturing, where he was known for his dedication, craftsmanship, and strong work ethic. But it was his heart that truly set him apart—Ricky would give the shirt off his back or go the extra mile to help anyone in need. His generosity and loyalty were unmatched.
He had an unforgettable sense of humor and a remarkable talent for quoting movie scenes with perfect timing, while always bringing laughter to those around him. Whether you knew him for a moment or a lifetime, Ricky made a lasting impression.
Ricky’s journey with cancer was marked by strength and resilience. After his diagnosis, he endured multiple rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, and the removal of his esophagus. Through it all, he faced each challenge with grace, grit, and a fighting spirit.
He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend—deeply loved by all who knew him. His presence will be profoundly missed and forever remembered. Ricky is survived by his mother, Patricia Bruzzese; his sisters, Melissa Ogonoski and Sara Bruzzese; his niece, Angelina Ogonoski; and his nephew, Gabriel Bruzzese. He was predeceased by his father, Richard Bruzzese Sr., who passed away a year ago from metastatic lung cancer.
