Robert Lee Higgins, age 85, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
A memorial service for Robert will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946.
