Ruth Rosemarie Troge Mitchell, 83, born in New York, moved to Vero Beach Florida and Holly, Michigan.
She was born June 21, 1929.
Her surviving sisters, Lorraine Phifer of Melbourne, Florida and Barbara Gay of Vero Beach, Florida.
She also has one brother Danny Troge of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Married to Carmen Ricardi Sr. for 24 years in New York. Her son, Carmen Ricardi Jr., and has four grandchildren,
Ricky, Ryan, Heather and Jonathan. She also has three great grandchildren, Evan, Dillon,and Hailey.
In 1973, she was married to Samuel J. Mitchell for 11 years in Vero Beach, Florida and moved to Michigan where she
lived most recently with her son.
A true angel on earth....easiest way to describe Ruth our Mom, Grandmom and Gramgram.
We will always remember her loving soul, kind heart and beautiful warm welcoming smile.
We all were so blessed to have her in our lives and to enjoy the special time we all had with her.
