

Theanna Charles Zephirin was born July 16, 1950 and transitioned November 11, 2024; she was a widower, a beloved mother, sister, aunt, and an amazing friend to many. She leaves behind a legacy of unwavering faith, boundless love for her family, and her generous spirit towards all.
Theanna was born in Pilate, Cap-Haitien, and moved to the United States with her husband and children for a better life. Theanna's marriage was one of her greatest achievements, a testament to her commitment and capacity for love. She adored her children and grandchildren with a fierceness that was palpable. Her dedication to God was the cornerstone of her existence. For the past nineteen years she has been a true servant of God as a member of Vero Beach First Baptist Church Hatienne. We are certain Theanna is in the hands of her maker, Jesus Christ and is reunited with loved ones who passed before her: Husband Dugue Joseph, Mother Sylvenie Rely and son Janel Pierre Richard.
Theanna leaves behind her children Emmanuel Richard, Naarl Joseph Richard, Abed Charles, Marie Joseph and adopted daughter Aloude Fremond. Theanna also lives behind two sisters Alice Damus Phylogene and Marie Rely. Additionally, Theanna leaves behind a host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Theanna found the deepest joy in being surrounded by her family and friends, always eager to help, share, or give. Her home was a haven where we were all welcome, and love was in endless supply.
Theanna’s passing leaves a void in the lives of all those who knew her. We will miss her vibrant presence and her words of wisdom. she was a testament to a life well-lived in service to God and others. We take comfort in knowing she is now at peace with her lord and savior and we are grateful for the time we had with her on this earth.
Rest in paradise, Theanna. You will be truly missed and never forgotten. We will continue to hear your voice everyday and feel your strength.
A visitation at First Baptist Church for Theanna will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at 2206 16th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960. A Funeral Service will follow from 10:00 AM to 12:00. A committal at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens will occur Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 6026 US-1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946.
Following the committal there will be a reception from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at the First Baptist Church 2206 16th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
