Survivors include, husband of 64 years, Joseph Gallagher, of Vero Beach, FL, son, Joseph E. Gallagher, Jr. of Vero Beach, FL, 2 grandchildren, Joseph E. Gallagher, III and Patrick Lee Gallagher and sister, Doris McCaughey, of, Columbia, SC.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2011 at Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, FL, from 12:00-1:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:00pm. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, FL.
