Chris Whiting

Her smile lit up a room, her caring nature touched so many people. An amazing cook and baker. Loved her flowers and crosswords. Always making sure everyone had what they needed. She loved her family to the moon and back.

Chris is survived by her husband Garth McNaughton high school sweet hearts and married for 48.5 years. Her children, Lyndi (Ghis), Becki (Colin), Jeremi (Amanda). Her 6 grandchildren Konner (Leeza), Kody (Emily), Olivia, Jacob, Mackenzie and Jack. Her siblings, Jerry (Jill), Gord (Celine) and Dave (Carol) and their children.

Chris was predeceased by her Father William Whiting and mother Joan whiting. Brother Jared in infancy. Her grandparents.

Nana’s treats and special requests will be dearly missed. She loved having her family around her. Her awesome hugs will still be felt and words of encouragement will still be heard, as she is not far away.

A service will be held at a later date.
