Ella Fleischmann

April 26, 1916 - January 25, 2011

It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Ella Florence Fleischmann (nee Huber), formerly of Lipton, SK., on January 25, 2011. Ella was born in Plumas, MB. on April 26, 1916. She passed away in the Echo Lodge, Fort Qu’Appelle, SK., at the age of 94 years. Predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Charlie; son Arthur; son-in-law Edwin Tehse; parents William and Katherine (nee Schmidt) Huber; two sisters Ann Bloom and Betty Krause and four brothers: Albert, John, Jack and Herb. Left to mourn her passing are her daughter Irene Tehse, seven grandchildren: Allan Fleischmann, Larry (Karen) Tehse, Sharon Fleischmann, Earl (Sheila) Tehse, Gloria (Allan) MacGregor, Chuck (Daphne) Fleischmann and Shelly (Stephen) Parker, thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; three sisters: Irene Kreutzer, Margaret Benkendorf and Ruth Vonau; one brother Ernie (Betty) Huber and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The funeral service will be held in the Living Christ Lutheran Church, Lipton, SK., on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Donald A. Koch officiating. Interment in the Lipton Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire contributions to The Living Christ Lutheran Church, Box 209, Lipton, SK., S0G 3B0 or to a charity of choice may be tokens of remembrance.
