Kelsey was predeceased by his grandfather, Dwayne Bellegarde.
He leaves to mourn his mother Heather Bellegarde his father George Bitternose, his sisters Jada and Ava Bellegarde, grandmother Wanda Bellegarde, uncle Perry (Jess) Bellegarde, aunt Mary Bellegarde, grandfather Jerry Gray, great-grandma Marita Crant, granparents Delvin and Cheryl Bitternose as well as many cousins and relatives.
