

Mary is predeceased by her husband Gerald Hanlon; parents James Ernest Porter and Ruby Alma Porter; sisters Arla (Henry) Giesbrecht and Amy Porter; brothers James Porter and David (Elsie) Porter; sister-in-law Elsie Porter and nephew Abram Giesbrecht.
She is survived by her sisters Eunice (Alan) Weller and Lorna (Clem) Werner and their children Kendra and Michael; brothers: Russel Porter and his sons Harley, Howard, Kenneth and Leslie, Francis (Lyn) Porter and their children Corey, Danny and David, Norman (Lyn) Porter and their children Cody and Brendan, Albert (Lil) Porter, Roy Porter and Lloyd (June) Porter and their children Krysta and Travis.
She held a career of helping others. Mary worked in personal care homes and she cared for her mother, until her mother’s passing. She served her saviour by travelling to the west in Canada and south of the border with Stonecroft Ministries.
Mary married Gerry Hanlon in 1980 and they ran the motel in Morse, SK. They then later moved to Lebret and Dysart. After Gerry’s passing, Mary received care in care homes in the Fort Qu’Appelle area, until her passing in Echo Lodge.
Mary was loved by all those who knew her.
