Dear family of Mr. Maurice Bedel,
 The last year Lebret functioned as a high school was in 1966, and that year we dedicated our year book to David. The next year our class was in Grade 12 at the Fort, then we graduated and left home, so didn't really get to know the others in your family  except to see each other once in awhile at various events in Lebret over the years. 
Your Dad and Mom, known to my generation as "Mr.and Mrs.Bedel," are one of the "anchors" of Lebret, and it's sad to read of his death.  Please know that the thoughts and prayers of many will be with you on Wednesday at 10:30 when you get together to say the final goodbye to a beloved husband, Dad, and Grand-dad. May he rest in peace.

Dear Janet, Murray and All Members of the Maurice Bedel Family,
I was sorry to hear of Maurice's passing as I know saying that final good-bye to a parent is never something we want to happen. At 89 years of age there is much to be thankful for as well. I am sure you have many good memories of times enjoyed together. May these memories give you strength and peace at this difficult time, and may they bring warmth and comfort to your future. Maurice loved his family and was very proud of them. Murray, be especially proud of the dedication you gave to your Dad in these past few years when his mobility was restricted. You enriched his days immeasurably. Our sincerest sympathies to you now as you grieve your loss.
