January 23, 1974 – November 12, 2023
It is with great sadness that the family of Angela “Angie” Ann Leeder announce her passing at the young age of 49 years. She left this world far too soon following a lengthy and challenging battle with cancer.
Angie will be lovingly remembered by her long-term partner, Jeff, who was by her side until the end. She also will be greatly missed by her loving children, Raegan (Nathan), Zach and Evan. Angie also is survived by her caring parents, Fred and Dorothy; her brother, Henry (Dalyce); her sisters, Tracy (Steve) and Vicky; her adored nieces, Bailey-Lynn (Dustin), Montana and Pandora; her nephew, Lantz (Tori), as well as her great-niece and great-nephews. Angie was loved by many extended family, their spouses and by all the people who knew her.
Angie was so proud of her children; they were the biggest part of her life. She loved hanging out with them whether it was going to truck meets or just grocery shopping, she soaked up every moment she could with them. Angie cherished all of the peaceful moments enjoying her parent's company on their deck. It didn’t matter if it was going out on dates or spending time at home, being with Jeff brought so much joy to Angie’s life. She always ensured that between her kids, parents and Jeff there was still great time spend with friends as well, normally in the form of weekend breakfast meet ups.
Angie truly believed that the key to a happy life was surrounding herself with great people and being present in each moment spent with them. Angie was always full of life and love, for this and so much more she will be deeply missed. While the world lost an amazing woman, heaven gained an angel who will watch over those she loved until the end of time.
A celebration of Angie’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Daystar Church, 3610 C.W. Gaetz Road, Leduc. Please join Angie’s family in the church hall following the formal service to further celebrate this amazing woman through shared stories and memories.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.riverviewfuneral.com for the Leeder family.
