On behalf of the Fordham family (Ken, Nancy, and Neil), I offer condolences to the family. Fond memories of visiting the old Fordham farmstead and hearing stories our dad (Jack) told about growing up in Lamoureux.

Our sincere sympathy to Olive, Jerome, David, Rose Marie and families.

Our family was so fortunate to have lived next to this special man for many years before he and Olive moved into Ft Sask.

He was such a gentle caring sensitive man. He shared a lifetime of memories and information of growing up in the Lamoureux area with us. As my children have said. . β€œ It was like having another Grandpa living right next door! β€œ

I will always cherish the way he held me and cried with me when I told him about my daughters car accident a few years ago.

He will always hold a special place in our families hearts!

Uncle Gus was one of the kindest and gentlest men I've known, and reminded me a great deal of Uncle Philodore Lamoureux who we called mononcle le Gros Blanc. I have cherished the memories of my two week visit with tante la Grosse and tante Blanche in the summer of 1962 , when uncle Gus, who lived just across the garden, let me tag along while he worked the farm and ran errands. It was a young boy's dream.

My sincere condolences to aunt Olive, Rose-Marie, JΓ©rΓ΄me, David and their families.

Je vais bien vous manquer mononcle tiGus.
