It is with deep sorrow that the family of Ernest "Wayne" Heffer announce his passing. Wayne was born, April 4, 1942, in Moncton, NB, at a very young age Wayne joined the military, and as such spend significant time in Germany, Cyprus, and various parts of the Middle East. In 1972 Wayne married the love of his life Rose Merko. He joins Rose now as she predeceased him in December of 2021. He leaves behind his loving sons Jason Heffer, Vern Stevens, and Vince Stevens, his adoring grandchildren and will be missed by many extended family and friends.
Wayne lived life to the fullest he enjoyed get togethers with family and friends, hunting, riding is ATV and especially helping deep fry the turkey on family dinners.
He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.
