Harvey Hilton Pytel

It is with sadness that we convey the passing of Harvey Hilton Pytel, 11-55204 Rge Rd 222, Sturgeon County , Alberta. On the morning of May 5 2019, at the Rivercrest Care Center, Ft Saskatchewan Ab. Harvey peacefully left us.

Born May 11, 1946 in Entwistle, Alberta, Harvey was the eldest of five siblings, David Pytel, Harry (Richard) Pytel Susanne Whiting, and Diane McLennan. Son to Harry and Phyllis (Kondratski) Pytel. Husband to Sharon and Phyllis, and father of Scott, and Bonnie.

After an early life of varied and interesting jobs, and a term of service in the RCAF, Harvey settled into a career of autobody repair that spanned some 40 years. Working at various repair shops in the Edmonton area Harvey was an accomplished journeyman well respected in his chosen trade.

Retiring at the age of 65, Harvey continued to pursue his passion for aviation with the construction of an aircraft in his garage. His retirement years spent in the construction of many model remote control aircraft.

We choose not to hasten our exodus from this world, and in the brief time we spend here, hope that we touch upon and enrich other's lives. Harvey will be missed by all who loved and cared for him.
