Marie Germaine Jeanne Goutier

February 14, 1964 ~ March 19, 2017

On March 19, 2017 Germaine passed away surrounded by family and friends at the age of 53 after a courageous battle with cancer. She had a great presence as a server in restaurants in Onoway and local area and will be sadly missed. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Amanda Kruper and Kathleen Kruper (Jordan Achtymichuk); her parents, Camille and Antoinette Goutier; 7 brothers and sisters, Charles, Denis (Marie), Paul, Marc, Angele (Chuck) Leganchuk, Joanne (Scott) Sware, and Louise (Rush) McEachern; as well as several nieces and nephews; the Emack family and Kruper family, special friend, Kathy Conley and many numerous friends. A special thanks to close friend Kathy Conley for all her love, care and support, as well as Christie and Steve Dryden and all nurses, home care and numerous friends for support and care.

A casual social with lunch and a celebration of life will be held at the Onoway Legion Hall on April 2, 2017 from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. A summer celebration and interment will follow in her hometown of Joussard, AB on June 24, 2017.
