It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mildred Hitesman of Devonshire Care Centre in Edmonton, and formerly from Fort Saskatchewan.
She will be lovingly remembered by her three sons, Larry (Silvia) of Phoenix, Az., David (Marlene) of Edmonton, and Tim of Calgary. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Brenda, her grandchildren David (Stacey), Susan (Donald) Barlow, Christine (Steve) Hrudey, Dean (Mercedes), Saralie, Josey, Jovanny (Stephanie), and ten great-grandchildren (Elizabeth, Emily, Saige, Henry, Jasmine, Walter, Vaughn, Mateus, Hazel, and Jesse). She was predeceased by her daughter, Diane, in 2002, and her husband Roderick in 2006.
The family wishes to express heartfelt gratitude to the kind and loving care given to Mildred at Devonshire Care Centre.
A Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at First Memorial Riverview Chapel, 11090 – 86 Avenue, Fort Saskatchewan. Memorial donations in memory of Mildred may be made directly to the charity of one’s choice.
