It is with sadness that we announce the death of Olga Pollard. It is also with great joy that we acknowledge the promise of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and know that our Mom and Baba now dwells with the Saints gone before us. Olga is survived by her children, Bob (Lyn) of Fort Saskatchewan, Barbara-Lynn of Vancouver, Bill (Nina) of Vancouver, and David (Tara) of Medicine Hat. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren and one Great Great grandson. Also mourning her loss are her sisters, Myroslava, Natalka (Elmer), Kathleen (Rudy), Odarka as well as sister-In-law, Stephie Pollard. Olga was predeceased by her husband, Frank; son, Bruce; sisters, Mary, Pearl, Louise and Barb, and parents, Petro and Katerina Semotiuk
A Memorial Service will be held on October 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at First United Church, Fort Saskatchewan, 10409-100 Ave. with the Reverend David Pollard presiding. Per Olga's request, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to “The Memorial Fund” Fifth Avenue Memorial United Church 476 4 St. SE Medicine Hat, AB. T1A-0K6 or to a charity of one's choice.
