Mr. Peter Nicholas Hrabec, late of Fort Saskatchewan, passed away on May 4, 2017 at the age of 87 years. He is survived by his loving family; 4 children, Doug (Helen) Sakaluk, Ed Sakaluk, Audrey Osinchuk, and Steven (Maria) Sakaluk; 7 grandchildren, Kevin (Brandi) Sakaluk, Carmen Sakaluk, Michael (Courtney) Sakaluk, Chris Osinchuk, Jackie (Randy) Mason, Joanne Osinchuk, and Samantha Sakaluk; 9 great-grandchildren, Taylor and Kyra, Blake and Stewart, Cameron and Andrew, Marcus, Deagen and Phoebe; his brother Paul (Diane) Hrabec as well as many other dear family and friends.
Peter is predeceased by his wife, Alice; his daughter, Betty Garland; his parents Nicholas and Pauline Hrabec; brother, Andrew Hrabec; sisters, Annie Kachmar and Mary Saruk.
A Funeral Service will be held for Peter on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 11:00 am at First United Church, 10409 100 Avenue, Fort Saskatchewan, AB with Reverend Paul Douglas Walfall officiating.
