It is with heavy hearts that the family of Russell Clayton Brand announces his passing on November 16, 2015 at the age of 90 years. He will live on forever in his children’s hearts with love’s greatest gift: remembrance. He is survived by 4 children, Darleen (Allan) Reid of Wasa BC, Dale (Cathy) Brand of Calgary, Shelley (Grant) Wallis of Fort Saskatchewan and Sharlene (Kelly) Starman of Sherwood Park; his 5 grandchildren, Robyn (Karry) Schmidt, Erin (Eddie) Edison, Ashley (Ryan Clarkson) Reid, Tara Brand, and Anita Brand; his great-grandson, Lucas; and his brother, Arthur (Norma) Brand.
Russell is predeceased by his beloved wife, Mildred; brothers, Cecile and Milton; sisters, Hazel and Ruth; granddaughter, Kristen Wallis and dear friend, Ron Chapman.
His family and loved ones will celebrate his life in the springtime of 2016.
