Allen Fredrick Duffield, 58, of Fort Smith Arkansas was born on September 8, 1958 and left this earth for his heavenly home on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in his sleep. He was born to James Edward Duffield Sr. & Florence Lorraine Nelson in Bakersfield, California. First & foremost, he was a Christian, husband, father, son, uncle and friend to many who knew him. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy. He was an active member of For His Glory Church in Fort Smith, and was serving his Savior until his last day on earth. He loved riding his Victory motorcycle, but his ultimate victory was found in Jesus Christ.
He was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA), where he was able to combine his passion for riding motorcycles and his love for Jesus. He was an employee of Frost Oil company for the last 13 years.
He leaves behind the love of his life, Brenda of the home, two daughters, Tonya Duffield and Christine Burlison & husband Victor of Benson, Arizona, his 3 grandchildren that brought much joy to his life, Lucas, Cassidy, & Noah Burlison, his mother Flo Duffield of Porterville, California, one sister Allison Landduci and husband Fred of Porterville, California, one brother Jim Duffield and wife Terry of Tennessee, 2 nephews and one niece and too many brothers and sisters in Christ to name. Romans 10:9 is a Scripture he would want everyone to put into action. His love of Christ was shown to everyone that met him. He gave the biggest hugs of anyone around and was always looking for another piece of dessert. He will be missed but never forgotten.
Graveside committal service will be Tuesday, December 6 at 10:00 AM at The Fort Smith National Cemetery followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at his church - For His Glory 1215 S. O Street Fort Smith, AR 72901.
