Amanda LeAnn Basnett-Kinsey

Amanda LeAnn Basnett-Kinsey, A True Angel, was welcomed into Heaven by the Lord on the 23rd of December 2011. Amanda was born June 18, 1976 in Fort Smith to Randy and Cindy Davis Basnett. Amanda attended Southside High School. She was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker. Amanda was preceded in death by her father Fort Smith Patrolman Randy Basnett and two grandfathers Odell Davis and Monroe Basnett.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

She is survived by her husband Philip Kinsey, Jr., four loving children Jessica of Moore, OK, Awbrey, Trey and Maddison all of Fort Smith, her mother Cindy Basnett of Fort Smith, Grandmothers Emogene Davis and Peggy Basnett both of Fort Smith, AR, one Sister Shanon Ogden of Tahlequah, OK and one Brother Bill Howard of Fort Smith, AR. Amanda is also survived by one Aunt Cindy Thurman of Fort Smith, one Uncle Bill Basnett of Fort Smith, one nephew, numerous cousins and one very special loving friend Cleve Standridge.

Pallbearers will be Cleve Standridge, Bill Howard, Bill Basnett, Daniel Dew, Don Ogden and Zack Evans.

The family will visit with friends Monday evening, December 26, 2011, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
