Andrew "Andy" Earnest Smith

Andrew “Andy” Earnest Smith, 45, of Fort Smith, passed away suddenly at his home on Wednesday December 14th, 2016. He was the son of the late J. L. and June Smith of Elm Park, AR. He was a member of the Freedom Free Will Baptist Church in Elm Park, AR.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Monday at Freedom Freewill Baptist in Elm Park, AR with burial to follow at Freedom Cemetery in Elm Park, AR under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith, AR.

He is survived by four children Zach Smith of Van Buren, AR, Dakota, Trinity and Kylea Smith of Springfield, MO, his fiancée Linda Verderber of the home, three sisters Cindy (Jeff) Christians of Joplin, MO, Cathy (Jim Bo) Barnett of Centerton, AR and Chris (Angela) Smith of Hectorville, OK, four nephews Emmad Freihat of Costa Mesa, CA, Jonah Christians of Joplin, MO and Bryan and Branson of Hectorville, OK, a special friend just like a sister Paula McGrew and many cousins.

Pallbearers will be Jonah Christians, James Barnett, and Scott Shumaker.

Family will visit with friends Sunday afternoon from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
