Angela Kay Otts, 47 of Fort Smith, Arkansas died January 13, 2016. She was born July 28, 1978 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Bill and Francis Ann Otts. She graduated from the University of the Ozarks in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and History.
She is survived by, three sisters, Dorothy and Robert McLellan of Benton, Arkansas, Kim and Jeff Dillon of Greenwood, Arkansas, Tammie Otts of Greenwood, Arkansas, ; three brothers, Ken and Sandra Otts of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Billy and Charlotte Otts of Malvern Arkansas, Chuck and Sofia Otts of Laguna Nigel, California, Nick and Angenette Otts of Lavaca, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ronald Otts; and her twin sister, Andrea Otts.
