Ann was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband John Hollingsworth.
She is survived by one son, John Hollingsworth and wife Suzette of Fort Smith; three daughters, Kim Geoates of Fort Smith, Jennifer Hollingsworth of Fort Smith and Jessica Hollingsworth of Fort Smith; four grandchildren, Branigan Geoates, Seth Geoates, Keira Hollingsworth and Kaelyn Hollingsworth.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
