Ardath Marie Knight

Ardath Marie Knight, 87 of Fort Smith, passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021. She was born on April 24, 1933 in Yardelle, AR to the late Floyd and Oza Elizabeth Adams. She was a retired bookkeeper and church secretary for South Highland Baptist Church in Little Rock. She was a member of Saints George and Alexandra Orthodox Christian Church in Fort Smith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Chic Knight and a brother, Arvard Adams.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at Saints George and Alexandra Orthodox Christian Church, Interment will be at Oak Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

She is survived by a daughter, Karen Stewart of Fort Smith; a son, Jim Tudor and his wife Lisa, of Jacksonville, FL; a sister, Glena Jo Swan of DeKalb, IL and a brother, J.D. Adams and his wife Argie, of Yardelle, AR. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
