Barbara Armstrong, 70, was born July 6th, 1945 in Fresno, California. She entered into heaven on February 15th, 2016. She was a member of Kibler Baptist Church in Kibler, AR. She was preceded in death by her mother Melva Terzian of Van Buren and a sister Gloria Crum of California.
Celebration of her life will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Pavilion at Fort Smith National Cemetery with burial to follow at Fort Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
She is survived by her four sons Jim Williams and wife Jennifer of Van Buren, Brian Hill of Malvern, AR, Tim Williams and wife Tammie of Booneville and Tommy Williams and wife Becky of Alma, a sister Sylvia Kiehl and husband Lee of Van Buren, a brother Joe Gutierrez and wife Patty of Oklahoma City, her father Frank Terzian of Van Buren, a special friend Robert Hill of Corinth, Mississippi, ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
