Barney Lewis

Barney Lewis, 76 of Mena passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014 in Fort Smith. He was a retired maintenance engineer for Herman Hospital in Houston, TX, he also worked for Wal-Mart in Maintenance and was a member of the Elks Lodge in Mena. He was born on September 13, 1938 in Van Buren, AR.

Memorial service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Mena, AR, Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary in Fort Smith.

He is survived by his wife Toni, of the home; three daughters, Lisa Burton of Fort Smith, Brittany Burton and her fiancé Nathan Johnson, also of Fort Smith and Danielle Burton of Greenwood, AR; a son, Jonathan Burton of Fort Smith; a daughter-in-law Amy Burton of Mena and three grandchildren.
