Betty Jo Gill

Betty Jo Gill, 73 of Van Buren passed away Friday, July 15, 2016. She was born May 31, 1943 in Tahlequah, OK to the late Sidney and Sally Perry. She formerly worked at Allen Canning Company. She was preceded in death by a son, Billy Ray Brinson and three brothers, Jonas Perry, Sydney Perry and Daniel Perry.

Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Monday, July 18, 2016 at Siloam Cemetery in McCurtain, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.

Betty is survived by two daughters; Jamie Key of Pocola, OK and Edie Stewart of Ft. Smith, her son Sidney Brinson of Ft. Smith, her sister Peggy Timothy of Oklahoma City; six grandchildren, Deanna Gentry, Sierra Gentry, Shwaindia Brinson, Rachael Wiedemann, Curtis Brinson and Kimberly Brinson; a great grandchild, Haleyonna and one on the way.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the funeral home.
