Carol Ann Webb, 49, of Muldrow, OK died May 19, 2014 in Fort Smith. She was born March 22, 1965 in Poughkeepsie, New York to James N. and Beverly J. Mayhar Endekas. She was an employee of the Fort Smith Stock Yards.
She is survived by one daughter, Aelesha Webb of Muldrow, OK; two sons, Micheal Endekas of Muldrow, OK and Thomas Sims of Lincoln, AR; her mother, Beverly Endekas of Prairie Grove, AR; one sister, Michele Carter of Prairie Grove, AR; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Father, James Endekas, Sr; two brother, James N. Endekas, Jr and Paul Endekas.
Memorial service will be Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Smith Stock Yard in Moffett. Cremation was under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home
