Carolyn Jacobs

Carolyn Jacobs, 68 of Fort Smith passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2013. She was born December 29, 1944 in Fort Smith to the late Bill Faulkner and Norma Hartsock. She was a Homemaker. She loved the Lord, her family, her grandkids, fishing with her brothers, and Life.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, November 15, 2013 at Fentress Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow at Mt. Harmony Cemetery in Greenwood. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Ft. Smith.

She is survived by her husband Jimmy, her daughter Sherry Douglas of Ft. Smith, her son Skip Jacobs of Ft. Smith, her sister Patsy Hays of Van Buren, five brothers; Bill Faulkner of Greenwood, James Hartsock, Jr. of Ft. Smith, Acy Hartsock of Bentonville, Kenny Faulkner of Ft. Smith, and Stevie Faulkner of Greenwood, three grandchildren; Aaron Jacobs, Mikaela Douglas, and Jacob Vincent, and one great grandchild; Richard Glenn Day, III.

Pallbearers will be Lee Hartsock, Josh Hartsock, Richard Day, II, Aaron Jacobs, Bob Douglas, and Scott Hallman. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Thomas, John Popa, and Paul Jacobs, Jr.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the funeral home.
