Visitation will be held at Edwards Funeral Home, 201 North 12th Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901, US, on March 31, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at Edwards Funeral Home on March 31, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:19 pm. Chad will be laid to rest at Barling City Cemetery in Barling.
In lieu of flowers, a charity of choice is requested.
