Charles J. White Jr., 85, passed away June 18, 2011. He was born February 20, 1926 in Cecil, AR, to Charles J. and Mary Ellen White. He was retired from Dixie Cup and was a United States Navy Veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Oleta, 3 sons; Charles W. White of Fort Smith, Allen Duan White of Van Buren, AR, and Phillip L. White and his wife Deanna of Cedarville, AR, 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Eubanks Cemetery, near Cecil, AR.
Pallbearers will be: Kip Ledbetter, Jack Knight, Bobby Nixon, Clinton Nixon, Zackery Nixon, and Jackie Reagon.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Stephen White and Jack Bailey.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 21, 2011, from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at Edwards Funeral Home.
