Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with Bro. Sid Ree officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
He is survived by his father and step-mother, Hardy and Doris Hodgens of Fort Smith; mother, Deborah Dean of Sallisaw, OK; sister, Kellie Hodgens of Fort Smith; uncles, Paul Hodgens and his wife Laura of Van Buren and Gary Hodgens and wife Debbie of Roland; aunts, Claretta O’Neal and her husband Andy of Roland and Lanita Chastain of Roland; cousins, Brittany, Kaitlyn and Cassidy Hodgens, Carrie Hill, Colby Hodgens, Aaron and Stephen O’Neal, Jonathan Chastain and Lauren Verbeten; and his partner, Angela Taylor of Arkoma.
Honorary pallbearers will be Eric and Jeremy Wade, Robert Chronister, Steve Michaelson, Prentiss Peters, Ritchie Redden and Chad Hulbert.
The family will visit with friends Friday evening from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
