Earl Junior Holland

Earl Junior Holland, 94, of Lavaca, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2019. He was born May 21, 1925 in Hamilton, Kansas to Earl Roy Holland and Icee Oliver Holland. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Velma McIlvain Holland; and second wife, Rubinell Holland; and a son, James Holland.

Earl is survived by three daughters, Diann Ishmael of Lavaca, AR, Delain (Chuck) Gill of Garden City, KS, Terry Pevehouse of Fort Smith, AR; three sons, Don Holland (Jennie) of Lavaca, AR, Dennis Holland (Linda) of Abilene, Kansas and Lynn Holland (Lorena) of Naples, FL; a sister, Betty Horst of Madison, KS; fourteen grandchildren, thirty two great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren, numerous extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Earl’s Life will take place at 2 PM, Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at Goddard United Methodist Church in Fort Smith. Visitation will be 5 PM until 7 PM on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Edwards Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 1 PM Friday, October 25, 2019 at Number 8 Cemetery in Madison, KS, under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
