Earl B. Palmer, Jr., 71, of Fort Smith, passed away on November 12, 2025, at his home. He was born on September 12, 1954, in Tulsa, OK to the late Earl B. Palmer, Sr. and Elsie Clyma Palmer. Earl was a certified welder and draftsman; he worked hard all his life.
He is survived by his wife Mary Harvel Palmer, of the home; his three sisters, Carilyn, Marilyn, and Sheryl, and a special nephew, Wesley Kemp.
At his request, there are no services; the family will have a celebration of life later. He will be missed.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
