Elizabeth grew up in Ft Smith and attended Ballman Elementary, Ramsey Jr. High, and Southside High school. She excelled in softball, gymnastics, drill team and cheerleading in her pre-college years. She then earned her BA in Art History from Tulane University in New Orleans.
After college, she lived and worked in Washington, DC, and Austin, Texas before returning to Fort Smith in 2017.
Bess lived a full and adventurous life, travelling the world and collecting amazing experiences. She was a generous and thoughtful soul who donated her time, money, and talents to helping others. Elizabeth is well loved and leaving behind an extended network of many dear friends, relatives, and family.
She is proceeded in death by her mother Rebecca. She is survived by her father Jerry; sister Greta; brother Ethan; and nephew Lance.
A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, at 11:00am in the Chapel of Edwards Funeral Home in Ft. Smith Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to The National Pancreas Foundation.
